Back-in parking on 38th Ave. is a disaster that needs to be removed now, not 6, 12, 18 months from now, when Council asks for taxpayer money ($5-$7 million) to build the final 38th Ave. project. Back-in parking is one more reason why many citizens/business owners are against the two-lane road diet. It is an unnecessary distraction to the revitalization of 38th Ave. and the City.
