One of the duties of the County Treasurer is to invest County funds after County expenses. Please see January 2024 – June 2024 investment income (monthly interest earned). This report is generated monthly by Treasurer staff and posted on the County Treasurer webpage. All numbers are Unaudited.![]()

Interest revenue is included in the General Fund and is used to support County projects and services. I am proud of the Treasurer and Public Trustee staff. We are working for the taxpayers of Jefferson County!!![]()

* Interest income has incresed in since May/2022 due to the Federal Reserve raising interest rates.![]()

** As you can see, the Treasurer's Office is a strong revenue source for the County.![]()
