Mayor Accepts $5,000 Donation for Public Art from Teple-Inland of Wheat Ridge


Sculpture at 38th and Kipling Park To Be Installed Late Summer 2010
WHEAT RIDGE, CO – this evening, Mayor Jerry DiTullio along with Parks and Recreation Director Joyce Manwaring, accepted a $5,000 donation from Steve Huppert, General Manager of Corrugated Packaging for Temple-Inland of Wheat Ridge for the sculpture planned at the 38th and Kipling Park.

Steve Huppert of Temple-Inland added, “We are very excited to be part
of Wheat Ridge and to assist the City in this way!” Mayor DiTullio stated, “I want to thank Temple-Inland for their generous donation and for their continued business investment in the community.” Temple- Inland is undergoing a $15 million plant expansion in Wheat Ridge.
